Library/Snug Room:complete with plush armchairs, elegant chairs, a central table, a charming feature fireplace, and walls lined with bookcases.

Cinema Room: a sleek cinema room with a statement U-shaped sofa, generous coffee table, built-in bookcases, and a cinematic large-screen Smart TV for the ultimate home theatre experience.

Drawing Room:adorned with plush sofas and inviting armchairs, centred around a striking feature fireplace and offering captivating views across the estuary.

Kitchen/Dining/Breakfast Room: A stunning, fully equipped kitchen featuring dual cookers, microwaves, and induction hobs, alongside two dishwashers, two large fridges, and a spacious freezer. At its heart, a stylish central island with a breakfast bar and five stools invites social cooking and conversation, while the grand dining table seats up to 20 guests. Lily Langtree: with a Caesar-size bed (8ft x 8ft) and en-suite bathroom with a classic roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

Dragon's Den: with twin sets of adult-sized bunk beds, sleeping four guests.
