Oaklands Barns offers a splendid haven for 24-28 guests, boasting 12 luxurious bedrooms, each thoughtfully adorned with its own exquisite en-suite bathroom. The Mill houses four enchanting bedrooms, while the Granary and the Byre provide four sumptuous bedrooms each.

Mill (9 guests)

Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Room: a spacious, luminous 65 ft open-concept kitchen/dining area features an impressive Aga stove, modern electric oven, generously sized fridge and freezer, and abundant storage. The dining table comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests, while plush sofas invite relaxation at the opposite end. French doors reveal a private courtyard boasting a luxurious hot tub.

Snug Room: cosy room featuring a magnificent 55" smart TV and spacious, plush sofas.

Lounge: with a cosy wood burning stove and ample seating on comfortable sofas, the atmosphere is inviting and warm.

Bedroom 1: with a super-king size bed which can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: with a super-king size bed which can convert into twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Bedroom 4: with three single beds, located in the eaves with limited headroom, suitable for adults and children and en-suite bathroom, accessed through a quaint low hatch with a bath.

With an enchanting private walled courtyard, elegantly accessed through French doors in the kitchen/diner, featuring a cosy dining table and chairs, as well as a delightful hot tub (closed daily from 9pm to 10am).

Hayloft (9 guests) adjacent to the Mill and has bedrooms and games room only - not internally connected
