Entrance: featuring a majestic triple-height atrium, a spacious dining area with seating for 10 guests, a cosy log burner, an expansive glass window offering stunning views of the picturesque grounds and serene natural swimming lake, and an exquisite curved staircase leading to the enchanting galleried landings.

Lounge:  boasting a generous L-shaped sofa, elegant coffee table, immersive 55" flat-screen TV, cozy log burner, and inviting Bi-fold doors opening to the enchanting outside seating area.

Snug: furnished with abundant comfortable seating, a coffee table, a spacious 55" flat-screen TV, a charming log burner, and a convenient garden-access door.

Family Bathroom: spacious family bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower, elegant washbasin, and a modern WC.

Boot Room: spacious and versatile storage area

Utility Room: featuring a convenient sink, ample storage capacity, and a complete laundry setup with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen: an expansive, well-appointed kitchen boasts two electric ovens, a 5-ring electric hob, tall fridge, tall freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Bedroom 3 (Children's Room): with a double bed that can convert into twin beds, a window seat en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 (Children's Room): with bunk beds and en-suite shower room. A trundle bed can be provided for an extra cost.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5 (Loft Room): with a double bed plus a double sofa-bed for an additional fee.

Washroom: with washbasin and WC.

Featuring a garden cabin with panoramic views of the pool, complete with a floating decked area, plush sun loungers, an inviting outdoor seating arrangement with cozy sofas, a central firepit and fireplace, and a generous dining table with chairs accommodating up to 12 guests.
